Live and Local: Tinlin

25th September- 7:30pm - £12* per person

Doors open at 7pm, music starts at 7.30pm!

Tinlin are a songwriting partnership comprising brothers Alex and Rolf Tinlin, who weave soft melodic textures through striking harmonies and vulnerable tones. Showcasing original songs using a mix of acoustic guitar, mandolin and percussion, plus bold vocals and precise lyricism.

Drawing on both classical and contemporary influences, their emphasis lies firmly in the production of original and honest, yet well-crafted music.

Tinlin have had the pleasure of performing with many legendary artists, including Paul Carrack, The Zombies, and The Strawbs, to name but a few.

They are currently working on their 5th studio album, recorded almost entirely in Rolf’s cabin in the middle of the Hertfordshire woodland. To learn and hear more about Tinlin, visit: https://www.tinlinmusic.com/

The Tinlin brothers will be supported on the night by two other excellent local singer/songwriters: Mrs. Lum and Barney Murray.

*Like all charities and businesses, the Henderson Hub’s costs are increasing, so we’ve moved the ticket price for Live & Local up a bit – from £10 to £12. It all helps to offsite running costs. Thank you.

Charity Fundraising Concert: Fragments

26th September - 7.30pm- £13/ ticket

This will be a special night of live music with a vital mission: to support the incredible work of the Alzheimer’s Society.

Dementia reshapes the lives of those it touches, gently pulling away pieces of shared history, connection, and identity. It is a journey that impacts not just the individual, but everyone who loves them.

The heart and theme of our benefit concert is a song called "Fragments," written by Alex Scott. Performed by the brilliant singer Steve Parker, "Fragments" explores the raw, poignant reality of drifting into dementia and the gradual loss of memory. It is a piece dedicated to honoring those memories, even as they fade.

The evening will also feature a full live set by The Booze Bros, bringing energy, community, and music to the Henderson Hub stage in a collective effort to fight this disease.

How You Can Support Us:

We have set a target to raise £1,000 for the Alzheimer's Society, and we need your help to get there. You can make a difference: Join us on September 26th:, enjoy the music, and donate in person!
