The film, directed by Craig Brewer, explores their emotional highs and lows, featuring Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson.

Live and Local: The Very Lazy Sundays
24th July - 7:30pm - £10 per person
Doors open at 7pm, music starts at 7.30pm!
The Very Lazy Sundays are making a welcome return to the Hub to headline the July edition of Live & Local. They comprise four unlikely lads, bound together by a love of melody, tight harmonies and cheeky grooves. The band’s breezy tunes carry influences from ‘60s pop to ‘90s lo-fi hip hop. Their songs are vignettes; little snapshots of life, but heartfelt and delivered with honesty.
Their sound has been described as containing elements of Crosby, Stills & Nash, Simon and Garfunkel, The Streets and Jack Johnson. Mix this up with some driving rhythms, a few arresting a capella intervals and you have the unique sound that is The Very Lazy Sundays. You can hear that sound here: www.TheVeryLazySundays.com, but there’s no substitute for hearing them live.
On the night, The Very Lazy Sundays will be supported on the night by the Sundays’ own Pete White, a solo singer-songwriter in his own right and the super-talented Jade PraiZe.
Don’t miss an eclectic night of original songwriting.

Charity Fundraising Concert: Fragments
26th September - 7.30pm- £13/ ticket
This will be a special night of live music with a vital mission: to support the incredible work of the Alzheimer’s Society.
Dementia reshapes the lives of those it touches, gently pulling away pieces of shared history, connection, and identity. It is a journey that impacts not just the individual, but everyone who loves them.
The heart and theme of our benefit concert is a song called "Fragments," written by Alex Scott. Performed by the brilliant singer Steve Parker, "Fragments" explores the raw, poignant reality of drifting into dementia and the gradual loss of memory. It is a piece dedicated to honoring those memories, even as they fade.
The evening will also feature a full live set by The Booze Bros, bringing energy, community, and music to the Henderson Hub stage in a collective effort to fight this disease.
How You Can Support Us:
We have set a target to raise £1,000 for the Alzheimer's Society, and we need your help to get there. You can make a difference: Join us on September 26th:, enjoy the music, and donate in person!
