Whether you want to run a workshop or course, put on an exhibition or performance, hold a business meeting or hire the Hub for a private celebration - we can help!

OUR 2025 hire RATES

exhibition hire rates

We have an area at the rear of our main hall for exhibitions. The current hire is £110 a week plus 20% of any sales . The exhibition can usually be viewed during cafe opening times - currently Tuesday through Saturdays 10.00 -2:00pm or arrangements can be made for extended opening times.

CHILDREN’S PARTY HIRE

3 hours - £100

This gives you enough room for a party of around 40 - 50 children plus adults.

• £100 for a 3 hours hire includes the hall space

• Chairs and tables available to use and free of charge

• Your hire time must include any setting up and clearing away

EVENING PARTY HIRE

6pm to midnight - £250

• 6 hours hire time includes the hall floor space and cafe area

• Chairs and tables available to use and free of charge

• Bar and bar staff are available on request - POA

• Bar extensions available - POA

• Additional hire time available - POA

• Your hire time must include any setting up and clearing away

Single night hires are £350 with a get in 6pm (earlier by arrangement )

For longer hires and sessions we can offer discounts for your theatrical, music or comedy performance - please enquire or complete the form below or you can email manager@henderson-hub.org.uk

HOW To Book

1.Click on a booking form 2. Fill it out 3. Email it to manager@henderson-hub.org.uk

We’ll then confirm your booking and the price (usually within three days), and ask for a deposit of 50% to secure your booking.

Your booking will not be secure until we have both your booking form and deposit.
